Terms & Conditions

As a customer of Better Floorball you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

VAT

All products that we sell within the EU include VAT.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once we receive your order we will immediately send a confirmation e-mail with information about your order. We urge you to check your order confirmation to ensure that everything is correct. If anything is unclear you should contact us immediately. Your order confirmation is also valid as a receipt.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping on all orders over 300 € in the EU. To get a shipping quote, you simply need to add the items in your cart and fill out the information requested.

DELIVERY

We ship orders with UPS, DHL i or Postnord depending on the size of the package. All orders ship from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.
All in-stock orders process the same or next business day. Orders are normally delivered within 2-5 business days. 
If an item is not in stock, you will find information on our website about when the product is expected to be back in stock.

DELIVERY TO SWITZERLAND

We deliver orders to Switzerland with UPS Standard and your order will be delivered to your home within 2-5 business days.
When you choose Switzerland as a country at the checkout, all prices are shown without the VAT applicable in the EU. UPS send an invoice to you on VAT for Switzerland plus CHF 21,5 in customs and VAT handling fees. This invoice does not relate to shipping costs.

TRACKING

Once an order has been processed, we will email you a tracking number so you can track your shipment online.

TRANSPORT DAMAGES

If damage occurs in transit, please report the matter to our customer services desk. This must be done via e-mail to info@betterfloorball.se or by telephone to +46 8 449 25 72. Notification must be given within a reasonable period of time after you have become aware of, or might reasonably be expected to have become aware of, the damage. It is therefore important that you remove the packaging and inspect products carefully. 
In order to ensure that all damage claims are dealt with as efficiently as possible, it's important that you keep the product packaging so that it can be inspected. Depending on the extent of the damage sustained, rectification may take the form of delivery of new goods, remedying defects or a price reduction.

RETURN POLICY

Better Floorball wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you want to return or exchange an order within 14 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued for any unused products in their original packaging. All returns will be shipped back to Better Floorball's warehouse at customers expense.

PAYMENT

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

    The payment methods Pay In 14 Days, Slice It and Direct Debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check.

    General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.

    PERSONAL INFORMATION

    The purpose of this information is to inform you as a customer of what personal data is collected on our website www.betterhockey.se and how the personal data is used. Your personal privacy is important to Better Hockey and in addition to the Personal Data Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Better Hockey complies with all applicable data protection rules.

    Please note that certain personal data is processed with the aid of consent, for example in marketing (including newsletters and communications). By signing up for a newsletter, you consent to such processing of your personal data. See below how your personal data will be processed in the current context.

    COLLECTED INFORMATION

    Better Floorball collects personal information when you register to receive offers from us via e-mail and register sales orders in our stores, make purchases on www.betterhockey.eu or participate in prize giveaways organized by Better Floorball. We also collect information about your use of our web pages via cookies.
    Better Floorball collects and processes the following information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. In some cases, information may also be collected from third parties, including in connection with quality assurance of personal data.

    USE OF PERSONAL DATA

    Better Floorball uses the personal data only for marketing purposes or in connection with purchases being made atwww.betterhockey.eu Better Floorball collects information so that we can provide our customers with relevant offers that suit the customer's interests.

    Better Hockey Sweden AB, org. no. 556382-9455, is responsible for the personal data processed. Better Floorball will not sell or transmit received personal data to third parties, which means that you will not receive information from companies other than us because of the personal data we have collected from you. Better Hockey collaborates with subcontractors and business partners to process and store information and for marketing on behalf of Better Hockey.
    Storage and personal data processing will take place within the EU / EEA area.
    Processing of personal data will either take place to fulfill the contract with you, with the support of consent (eg marketing and newsletters) or to fulfill a legal obligation (including accounting).

    Personal data will be stored as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the personal data was originally collected. This means that collected personal data for marketing purposes is deleted if newsletter cancellation takes place, or if you withdraw your consent. Personal information resulting from placed orders or agreements that you have entered into with Better Hockey will be deleted when the agreement has been completed and when all obligations related to the agreement have been fulfilled. Personal data processed by Better Hockey to fulfill legal obligations will be deleted as soon as the legal obligations have been fulfilled.
    You have no obligation to provide Better Hockey personal information, but it may be a prerequisite for obtaining goods and services. You may revoke your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes at any time. The easiest way to do this is to cancel your newsletter by following the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

    WARRANTY

    The products we sell come with a 1-year warranty. This warranty does not cover the misuse of the product or the products fitness for a particular purpose. Neither does it apply to those cases where we are unable to find anything wrong with the product, or where damage is the result of the customer’s negligence.

    The product warranty does not apply to errors arising out of any changes made by the customer to the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or reconfiguration of the product.

    Note that for companies, other rules apply to warranty and service information. Businesses purchasing from us receive only the warranty supplied by the supplier, wherein the warranty period may vary between different suppliers. In addition, companies have no right to make any claim over and above their guaranteed right from the supplier.
